We are James & Thom Elliot, brothers and pizza obsessives. A few years back, we set off on our pizza pilgrimage across the pizza motherland: glorious Italy.
With a one-tonne pizza oven fitted (rather precariously) to the back of a three-wheeled tuk tuk, we scoured the country for the best ingredients and techniques to make truly excellent Neapolitan pizza.
And now you can too - one of the things we are most proud of when it comes to our pizza kits is that it really makes great pizza possible for everyone. No matter how much of a beginner you are, with just a frying pan and a grill you can have the satisfaction of making a pizza that is ten times better than a supermarket oven jobbie. And it even takes less time. Trust us, give it a try!
