Each subscription delivery includes:

1 x Pizza Kit of your choice (makes 2 pizzas),

1 x Nutella Pizza Ring Kit (makes 2 rings)

FREE shipping (usually £4.95).

When you first sign up, you'll pick your first pizza kit and a delivery date..

After this, your pizza will arrive on the same weekday every 7 days / 14 days / 28 days, depending on whether

you went for a weekly / fortnightly / monthly subscription. You'll be billed 3 days before your delivery date.

You can make changes to your subscription up to 9am the day before delivery, using a link we'll email you

when you first sign up. You can change your kit selection, delivery date, shipping address or skip a week.

Before every delivery we'll send an email to remind you to make any changes you might want to.

If you haven't been billed for the order yet then you can jump into your account admin and change it there. We schedule deliveries 3 working days after you are billed so you'll need to change your billing date to 3 days before you want your Pizza kit to arrive. Sounds complicated but it's very clear in the account admin and it will give you an exact date of delivery. If you have been billed for it already but it's before 9am on the day before scheduled delivery, you can get in touch with us at pizzakits@pizzapilgrims.co.uk and we can change it to whenever you need us to. 

If you log in to your account admin you can check the delivery schedule which will show you a list of your upcoming deliveries. If you need to edit or skip one or more you can just click through to edit an individual order and change it to however you need it.

At the moment our subscriptions come with a Nutella pizza ring, which unfortunately isn't vegan (Nutella contains milk). But don't worry, we're working on this - firstly, we're checking out vegan chocolate spreads (know a great one?! Let us know). Secondly, we're working on offering a variety of cool stuff you can sub in and out with each pizza subscription delivery, so you can select to have a Nutella pizza ring OR something else exciting. Please bear with us! In the meantime, for vegan pizza, it's better value for you to reorder a single kit each week.

We'll be very sorry to see you leave but if leave you must, you can easily go into your account admin and find the cancel button to end your subscription right there and then.
