TOP TIP: Don’t want to use all of the dough all at once? You can keep the rest frozen for up to 3 months. When ready, thaw dough in the refrigerator and prepare, following our instructions for the best results.

Salami Napoli & Roasted Pepper

Some of the best of Italian charcuterie, this Neapolitan salami is coarse-grained and brings a great meaty texture to pizza.

We’ve paired the salty salami with sweet fire-roasted red and yellow bell peppers for a winning balance of flavours. These juicy peppers are marinated with parsley, garlic and chilli for added flavour.
