Pizza can still be great, even without the cheese!

Chargrilled courgettes - marinaded with parsley and garlic - are teamed with mushrooms for delicate flavour to make a light but super-tasty pizza.

A sprinkle of fragrant, fresh oregano gives each slice a wonderful aroma. We paired this with our flavourful vegan pesto, which just brings it all together. This is a new favourite of ours!
