Oooooh boy, this is a Christmas winner. We use our 48-hour proved pizza dough, stuff it with Terry's Chocolate Orange and a dash of creamy mascarpone, and cook to chocolately oozy gooey heaven. Make using our frying pan method to make one giant calzone for 2 to share, or two smaller calzones for one each. 

Excellent served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
